Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Production associates work together in a fast-paced environment to build a quality product through assembly of electrical and mechanical components in accordance with standard work instructions.
Tasks may include piece part assembly, soldering of electrical connections, quality checks, and packaging.
Candidates should be self-motivated, team focused, detail oriented, and eager to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Production personnel are a small but valued team of people who help make Kasco the industry leader in quality and service.
